Regardless of the amount of work involved, the first hour is charged at a flat fee £50 plus any materials used and if applicable parking charges. The fee is £50 per hour thereafter.
For large jobs I would prefer to visit your home and see what needs doing and submit fixed price/quote. There would be no charge for this
The charged time is from arrival, setting up and packing away
*If needed parking costs will be added.
**Any waste generated will be disposed of by the customer
